Yesterday’s service turn soar after the residents of Ozubulu were hit by a tragic attack that left many worshippers dead, after gunmen stormed St. Philip’s Catholic Church, Amakwa Ozubulu in Anambra state..
However, social media report claim that the attack was a spillover of a drug related feud, between two Ozubulu brothers who live in South Africa.
However, Governor Obiano’s Senior Special Assistant, on Social Media, Ifeanyi, revealed that the main matter was said to be between Chief Aloy Ikegwuonu a.k.a Bishop (rumored to be a drug baron), and another Ozubulu man popularly known as Obrocho.
It was gathered that the gunmen had traced him to his house, but were told he had gone to church where he was meant to hold a thanksgiving service.
According to reports, the battle had claimed some lives already over there in South Africa.
Oh no….just cant brlieve that innocent lives were lost just because of such a miserable looking man and his ill gotten money
The authorities are trying to downplay this crime by saying the gun men came to kill one man. Were the killers blind to know who is adult, child or female? Anambara is not a terror state as to allege that the terrorists disappeared to their hideout. Let the Anambara government explain why they couldn’t
use all the securities in Anambara to protect the citizens. They have state army unit as well as police command. The DPO of the area got to be suspended first. Let the state police commissioner be transferred. But that will never happen because in Nigeria even a small officer boasts of a godfather. The information they are trying to pass to Nigerians is that they should guard themselves.
That attack is a terrorist attack, no doubt
If and only if the governor is not lying, why should those killers spread bullets to every moving human. It is only Islamic terrorist that can carry such despicable evil operation. It is common sense, this is what they do in the North now it is happening in the East and the governor just rushed to conclusion.

U mean such attack like this happened in a remote village like ozubulu and the police and other security outfits could not catch up with them until they escaped?those terrorists are still within that axis,they should comb all nooks n crannies for them or is there something else they are not telling us?
