Some people though! Anyway a Nigerian chelsea who goes by the Uzo Okolo on facebook couldn’t contain his joy after his team won the 2017 English Premier League Cup so he decided to paint himself this way to commemorate their victory.
It seems like he wasn’t still okay so he painted the whole of his face with Chelaea colors….lol
