Drama As Bridge Linking Anambra To Imo State Collapses After Heavy Truck Climbed It (Photos)

A bridge which reportedly links Anambra State to Imo State has been crushed by the heavy weight of a truck.

The bridge collapsed

Photos have shown how the local bridge linking Ezinifite in Anambra state to Orsu local government area in Imo state collapsed yesterday.

The bridge was reportedly crushed by a heavy truck which was loaded with bags of cement owned by UNICEM company.

Local reports show that the Member Representing Orsu State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Uche Agabige visited the scene of the accident to ascertain the extent of damage.

The man was accompanied by Awo-Idemmili Divisional Police Officer and Area commander, Orlu and other security agencies in Orsu LGA at the scene to maintain peace and order in the accident scene.
