A foreigner identified as Mr Mathew McCollister was spotted in owerri at the South East Basketball Ball Clinic 2017 put together by legendary footballer Kanu Nwankwo.
To mark the end of the 10th Day of the event, a dinner was held in Owerri where Mathew was seen dressed as supreme Igbo chief.
