21-year-old Seattle resident who claims rapper Nelly raped her, says he did so without using a condom. She said she had been partying with Nelly at a club in Washington, where she and her friends drank at his table and got a little tipsy.
She says she was then invited to an after-party by Nelly’s people and drove in their convoy. She said after the party, she was taken to Nelly’s tour bus.
When she got in Nelly’s room, she claims he tried to have sex with her but she said no. He didnt like her response and told her to “shut up” and said he wanted to have sex with her without protection. She said she declined, telling him that she didn’t want to have sex with him without a condom, but he still went ahead and did it.
She said after he was done, Nelly offered her money, but she rejected it. Heleft her in the room and went out. Shortly after he left, a woman came up and said, “You gotta go.” The woman kicked her off the bus and threw $100 at her.
Nelly has since denied the accusation and hi’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, has also denied it. He said:
“It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety.”
Rosenblum says he has an investigator on the case adding:
“We will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility.”
“She’s a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals.”
