A 1 – 0 win against Guinea at the Alexandria Stadium this evening confirmed the Eagles’ qualification to the next round after defender Kenneth Omeruo scored the only goal in the match.

The Super Eagles who also defeated Burundi1 – 0 last week now have six points in the group stage.
On Sunday, Nigeria will face Madagascar for their final group stage game before going into the round of 16.
