Kim Kardashian went on a tirade against her fans after they called her out for not knowing how to swatch properly after which they proceeded to call out makeup artiste Jeffree Starr for criticizing her makeup brand.
It all started when Kim Kardashian went online to show fans what her next batch of makeup would look like. She advertised the makeup brand by swatching it on her skin but she was criticized by fans and makeup artists alike for her swatching method.
She replied them in a Snapchat video, saying: “I want you guys to see this pimple here. You’re stressing me the f*** out. Ok, guys, I get it, I didn’t know how to f***ing swatch powders before at the beginning – I’m learning. You’re stressing me the f*** out.”
She added: “I’m learning how to swatch. Wait till you get it. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. I’m not worried.”
Star makeup artist Jeffree Starr was one of those who criticized Kim’s makeup. he further criticized her makeup brand, saying it looks like chalk.
Jeffree Star tweeted: “Umm… Kim what is going on with those new swatches?? Looks like chalk.”
Kim’s loyal fans immediately went HAM on him for criticizing their idol. They also reminded him of a time in the past when he was caught on camera using racial slurs, but Kim was having none of the negativity and she called her fans to order. Kim defended Jeffree, saying he had already apologized for his racist remarks and she believes people change. She also said that were it not for him, she wouldn’t have upped her swatching game.
She said: “I see that my fans are totally hating on someone like Jeffree Star for being honest about my struggle swatches. But because of his remarks I’m learning.”
She continued: “Guys, like, I see you being so petty, bringing up things in his past where he was negative. But he’s also apologized for those things and I get that it’s a serious deal if you say like racial things but I do believe in people changing and people that apologize, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I know better than anyone that I hate when people bring up my past or mistakes that I’ve made in the past so like, let him live. I welcome honest comments about my products and because of it, I’m swatching better now. So everyone get off his a**, lets not be so negative, we’re all in this together. There’s room for all of us. Love you Jeffree!”
Later, Kim teased fans with photos of herself in a nude-tone bodysuit covered in crystals.
