Over the last few couple of months, there have been heated comments and suggestions on how to grow the entertainment industry in the state. It is arguably true that “Imo State has the Highest Number of Raw Music Talent(Upcoming Artistes) yet to be harnessed but it’s a shocking thing to say that ‘While acts from other states make their way into the limelight daily, indigent imolites, struggle to even run a proper promotion.

In this regard, AMIBO ISLAND MEDIA reached out to Mr. Hardy Nwadike, CEO Otown Gist Blog to share his opinion considering his wealth of experience and As a stakeholder, on “what could be done to grow the Imo Entertainment industry and in turn, earn the desired attention needed” Below is his response…

The fact that people get into night clubs and spend millions in one seating makes people feel entertainment is the same.

We need three things here.

  1. The right attitude to create winner contents and the mindset that people don’t have to love us because us, but because we are good.
  2. Next is the winner contents… I believe a great content be it song or movie will sure beyond this state if the right strategies are applied.
  3. Next is the market. We need to have people willing to pay us well, but then the other conditions mentioned above will be satisfied.

Everyone is chasing the same papers and if we are that good, loyal and hardworking, things will surely be better down here; He added
