Determined to address the 21st century fundamental leadership skills gaps, leading international coaching outfits, Acdore Trainers in partnership with Arise Africa Network International and Rosy Foundation, Germany, is organising 2021 edition of a three – Day workshop from July 8 – July 10, 2021 at 5 p. m each day.
In a joint briefing recently, on the event, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of Arise Africa Networks Ikechukwu Anyanw and his counterpart Anthony Akalugo of Acdore Trainers, said arrangements have been concluded in the planned seemless brain storming and interactive event to hold via zoom webinar participation, bearing the theme: Making the 21st Century Person: A Sterling Performance for Personal and Corporate Growth and Sustainable Market Leadership;
They also hinted that other sub- themes included:
First Business Case: Making the 21st century leader, a focus on personal and organisational transformation.
Second Business Case: Imperatives of organisational transformation, the ABC principle of Leadership Development for corporate profitability and Investment sustainability.
Third Business Case: How to exploit the potentials of the new age, the 21st century reality, think and go global.
Target Participants at the workshop intentioned to reposition the corporate world, the duo hinted are Corporate Leaders and Senior Executives of organisations through effective Leadership and Sustainability Skills upscale.
The participants are welcomed in the following categories -Directors, Managers, Senior Executives, Captains of Industries and Executives in the Public Sector.
According to the organizers, the international summit delegates to the workshop shall include CEO’s, Managers, change makers, members of civil societies, founders and coordinators of Non-Governmental Organisations, lawyers and young professionals in Nigeria and across other countries.
